  Hi all

  I'm currently looking for a tattoo artist to help me design my third and final tattoo. Its going to be something very personal to me so I need to make sure that the person I'm consulting with speaks really good english. They also need to be in The Hague as that's where I live. If anybody has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it.
